Article 11
 

1. Citizens’ first name, last name, patronymic name, year, month and date of birth and address are entered onto the voter lists.

2. The voter lists are compiled according to citizens’ address of registration. The procedure for inclusion of citizens, who have no registration, in the voter lists, is established by the Central Electoral Commission.

3. Voter lists are compiled in the form of a register and paginated for up to 1000 voters. Each page of the register is signed and sealed by the community leader and the appropriate passport offices of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

4. The absence of patronymic name in the identification documents shall not be an impediment for participation in any electoral process (when all other information is consistent).
