1. Last names of candidates in alphabetical order, first names, patronymic, and the name of the nominating party, and in the case of nomination by civil initiative – the words "civil initiative", are entered onto the ballot for the elections of the President of the Republic.
2. The ballots for the elections of the President of the Republic are printed and prepared by the order of the Central Electoral Commission.
The Central Electoral Commissions hands out the ballots through Territorial Electoral Commissions to Precinct Electoral Commissions on the day prior to voting.
3. Ballots are allocated in the amount of 5 percent more than the number of the voters in the precinct voter list.
