A voter list shall indicate the local government unit, the number of the electoral zone, type and date of the elections or referenda, number of the voting center as well as the organ that has compiled and approved the voter list.
The voter list shall indicate for every voter: the ordinal number in the voter list of the respective voting center, the name, patronymic, surname, date of birth, identity number of the voter as well as an indication whether the voter has been registered at his domicile or his residence.
