Paragraph 123

Article 64.31 provides that “the CEC shall ensure the data from [polling station] protocols is placed on the web-site”. This transparency mechanism is welcome as it allows both observers and political parties to check the accuracy of the results and of their consolidation. This article, however, should be further amended to oblige the CEC to publish the preliminary results per polling station immediately after they are received from DECs.
