Adoption of Decision on Deprivation of Deputies of the Milli Majlis from their Mandates.
In case of grounds specified in Article 89.1.1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the decision on deprivation of a deputy from his/her mandate shall be adopted by the Constitutional Court.
In case of grounds specified in Article 89.1.3 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the decision on deprivation of a deputy from his/her mandate shall be adopted by the relevant court.
In case of grounds specified in Articles 89.1.2, 89.1.4 and 89.1.5 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the decision on deprivation of a deputy from his/her mandate shall be adopted by the Central Election Commission. The decision of the Central Election Commission can be appealed in the relevant court.
