Special conditions for the submission of candidacies by political parties, other social-political organizations and electoral blocs
The number of candidates registered on the lists shall contain at least 1/2 of the mandates provided for the respective electoral district and at most 2 subsidiary candidates.
One may not candidate in several electoral districts of the same level.
One may run for the position of councillor, both for the council of the first level administrative-territorial unit of the Republic of Moldova, and for the second level administrative-territorial unit.
