Votes’ counting and totalization of the republican referendum’s results
Votes’ counting and totalization of the republican referendum’s results shall be performed in compliance with chapter 10 (article 56 - article 60), which shall be applied accordingly.
In the protocol of the totalization of the republican referendum’s results there shall be indicated the number of votes “aye” and the number of votes “nay”.

The results of the republican referendum shall be considered by the Central Elections Commission that will take a decision on it.
