Paragraph (3) of Article 60 is ambiguous, but appears to address a situation where the Constitutional Court has to confirm the results. It is recommended that Paragraph (3) of Article 60 be clarified to specifically state under what circumstances the documents required by Paragraph (2) shall be submitted to the Constitutional Court.
