The above recommendations remain valid as the Code retains the possibility for complainants to choose an appeal body, which can result in conflicts of jurisdiction, duplication of efforts and conflicting judgements. Within the judicial system itself, according to Articles 68, 89 and 92, ordinary courts and the Constitutional Court are both competent to declare the results null.
