71. The entitlement of the electors of Northern Ireland to remain in the register terminates if: a) at a canvass their form does not contain the additional information of Section 10 (4A) (signature; date of birth; national insurance number or the voter makes a statement that he/she does not have one; a statement that he/she has been resident in Northern Ireland for the requisite three-month period before 15 October in the year in question; and to state any other address in the United Kingdom in this respect); or b) if the registration officer “determines that the elector was not entitled to be registered in respect of that address or that he/she has ceased to be resident at that address or has otherwise ceased to satisfy the conditions for registration set out in Section 4 above”.[38]
