The regulation of the financing and the equality of the campaign is not very detailed and might give rise to malpractice. The text of of the Law should further elaborate the powers of the regulatory body, which should be the CEC. The present regulation merely provides the general principles and does not specify in detail the publication of campaign financing and the means of controlling media equality.
