By Article 44 (1) electors are told at least 7 days before the elections where the headquarters of the polling station is where they will cast their ballots. The Article does not specify the means of telling such information and it will depend on decisions made by the CEC. It could be suggested to amend the Law and oblige the local electoral bodies to divide such information in mass media or better by post (mail). In the latter case, the shortcomings of voters lists may become apparent sooner and amendments to them could be made in time.
