The ballot is printed according to the model prepared by the CEC. The back of the ballot has a place for putting the signature of the chairman and the vice chairman and the seal of the VCC.
Failure to sign the ballot by one of the subjects indicated in section 1 of this article does not constitute a reason not to begin the voting procedures.
