The Central Election Authority shall prepare a voting card for every individual who is included in an electoral roll. A common voting card will be prepared for elections that are held at the same time. For voters who do not have any known address a voting card will only be prepared if they so request.

A voting card shall contain details of

1. the voter’s name and number in the electoral roll,
2. what elections the voter may participate in, and
3. the voter’s polling station and its opening hours.
