J. Election Commissions
Article 37(5) determines that at the presidential and parliamentary elections polling stations for the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic staying in the territories of foreign countries, shall be established by the CEC on recommendation of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic. A recommendation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs would be more appropriate.
