D. Voter lists

The preliminary voter lists are compiled by the State Voter Register maintenance bodies pursuant to the Law on the State Voter Register and are compiled in accordance with procedures approved by the CEC. Voter lists are printed in two copies, one is kept at the DEC and the other is transferred to the PEC to be posted for public inspection by voters. A voter can request a change to his/her own data or to any other voter’s data. If a voter’s data is challenged by another voter he/she must be notified and given the opportunity to challenge the request.
