I. Guarantees of activities of political parties, candidates and official observers


A political party that has registered candidates in the nationwide election district is entitled to have a representative in the CEC who has the right of deliberative vote. It is also entitled to have no more than five authorised representatives in the nationwide district and two in each single-mandate district. Authorised representatives in single-mandate districts have the right to deliberative vote in the respective DECs. A representative of a party and an authorised person have the right to be released from their work or service duties without pay and with the agreement of the employer or organisation.
