J. Voting, counting and establishment of results

In a positive step the PEC must transmit preliminary information on the number of voters included on the voter list, the number of voters who received ballots and the number of homebound voters to the DEC immediately after voting ends. This increases the transparency of the voting process and reduces the possibility that the results at the PEC can be manipulated.
