Article 125. Election Procedure of the President of the Republic
The College of Electors is composed of one half of parliamentarians of the National Assembly and the other half of representatives of local self-government bodies elected from among them (paragraph 1). At least one fifth of the members of the Electoral College shall have the right to nominate candidates for the President of the Republic (paragraph 4). The candidate who receives at least three fifths of the votes of the Electoral College members shall be elected as President of the Republic (paragraph 5).
