Article 26
 

The election advertising campaign shall start on the day of announcement of collective lists of constituencies, and ends 24 hours before the elections day. 

On the election day until the closing of polling stations, and 24 hours before the election day, every election advertising is prohibited, publishing of estimations of election results, and announcement of previous, non-official results of elections, publishing of photos in means of public communication, statements and interviews of lists holders, or candidates, and voting of their statements or written work.
