Range of application

(1) In case of a repetition of the National Council election or of a part of them because of a resolution of the Constitutional Court, the regulations set out in parts I to VI and VIII of this federal law are to be applied accordingly, as long as no other provisions are made in the following paragraphs.

(2) In the case of repetition of the election procedures, the elections authorities are to follow the decisions and the legal stand point of the Constitutional Court (§ 70, para 4, of the Constitutional Court Law from 1953).
