1. With the purpose of partial renewal of the CEC, two of the members elected in accordance with point 1 of article 14 and article 181 of this Code shall exercise their first mandate for three years, with the right to be re-elected. A member, whose mandate is interrupted prematurely, shall be selected by drawing lots among three members proposed by the parliamentary oppoistion, in accordance with point 1 of article 14 of this Code.

2. The CE shall draw the lots in a public session no later than 10 days from its first meeting.
