43.1. The General Council will request the publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation of the general agreements and decisions that it issues, and also of those that it decides, as well as of the names of the appointed members of the local councils, of the Local Public Bodies and of the district councils in the terms of this Law.

43.2. The Executive Secretary of the General Council will establish the agreements to assure the timely publication referred to in the previous paragraph. The service provided by the Official Gazette of the Federation to the Institute will be free of charge.
