52.1. Each of the directorates of the General Board will be led by an Executive Director or the Director of a Technical Unit, depending on the case, who will be appointed by the General Council.
52.2. The General Council will make the appointments referred to in the previous paragraph in accordance with the provisions of subparagraph e) of paragraph 1 of article 44 of this Law.
