166.1. The time referred in paragraph 1 of the previous article will be distributed in two to three minutes per transmission hour in each radio station and television channel. During the hours between six in the morning and noon and between six in the evening and midnight, three minutes per hour will be used; in the hours after noon and before six in the evening, two minutes per hour will be used.
