197.1. The head of the Technical Auditing Unit will be appointed by the General Council in accordance with the provisions of article 191, paragraph 1, subparagraph e), and should ful f ll the same requirements that the General Law establishes for the executive directors of the Institute. Also, this person should prove a minimum of f ve years of experience in auditing at a management level.
