Article 222
 

222.1. The natural or legal persons that distribute surveys or opinion polls should present a report about the funds used in their realization to the Institute or the Local Public Body, in the terms set out by the corresponding electoral authority.


222.2. The requests for information made by the Institute will consist of the indications of the acts or operations of cash withdrawals that are considered relevant and unusual and that should contain at least the name of the alleged body or department responsible for the expenditure and the date.


222.3. The Institute could, based on the information provided by the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, require specific information, for which it should state the information required.
