Article 385
 

385.1. Once the other requirements established in this Law are complied with, the Executive Directorate of the Federal Register of Voters of the Institute will proceed to verify that the percentage of citizen support that corresponds according to the election in question has been collected, ensuring that all citizens appear in the nominal list of voters.


385.2. The signatures will not count for the purposes of the required percentage in any of the following circumstances:


a) Names with false or erroneous information;


b) They are not accompanied by the copies of the valid voter cards;


c) In the case of candidates for senator, the addresses of the citizens are not in the entity in which they are running;


d) In the case of candidates for Federal Representative, the addresses of the citizens are not in the district in which they are running;


e) The citizens have been excluded from the nominal list;


f) In the case when one person has presented more than one demonstration in favor of one applicant, only one will be counted, and


g) In the case when one person has presented demonstrations in favor of more than one applicant, only the f rst presented demonstration will be counted.
