(1) Entity Election Commissions shall be created by Entity law in accordance with this law.
Their competencies shall be determined by the Central Election Commission of BiH in accordance with this law.
(2) The manner of election and the composition of all other election commissions shall be determined by Entity law and in accordance with the provisions of this law.
