An objection for irregularities in the nomination procedure and in the election procedure is to be presented to the National Election Commission within 48 hours from the expiry of the day when the disputable activity has been performed.
The National Election Commission must pass a resolution on the objection within 48 hours from the day the objection has been presented, or form the day when the election materials have been delivered, on which the objection is being related.
