(Amended, SG No. 39/2016, effective 26.05.2016) Not later than 14 days in advance of polling day, the Central Election Commission shall determine the places in the States where voting sections abroad will be established and the number of voting sections in each place. The decision of the Central Election Commission may be contested according to the procedure established by Article 58 herein.
