(1) Within two days after the entry into effect of the decision on termination of the credentials of a member of the municipal election commission due to the existence of a circumstance covered under Article 51 (2) herein, the Central Election Commission shall appoint a member of the commission from the list of alternate members referred to in Article 75 (4) herein of the respective party or coalition. The Central Election Commission shall forthwith notify the respective party or coalition.

(2) Any member of the municipal election commission, who does not attend the meetings of the commission for more than ten days, may be replaced temporarily for the period during which the said member is unable to execute the powers thereof by a member nominated by the respective party or coalition. Within two days after the nomination, the Central Election Commission shall appoint a member of the municipal election commission.
