(1) The constituency election commission or municipal election commission shall publish on the Internet site thereof a register of the election agents, disaggregated by candidate list. The personal data in the register shall be accessed in compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act.

(2) The Central Election Commission shall publish on the Internet site thereof a register of election agents abroad, disaggregated by candidate list.
