Article 31
 

 (1) The Electoral Register shall consist of as many parts as there are localities, one for each locality, and each locality may be subdivided into as many parts as the Commission may deem necessary or convenient. For the purposes of this Act, the word 'locality' shall have the same meaning assigned to it in the Local Councils Act, 1993.

(2) The Electoral Register shall, in each section be drawn up in alphabetical order according to the name of each street and voters shall be shown in alphabetical order of surnames under the name of the street where they are registered and against the name of each voter his ordinary place of residence and identity card number shall be shown.

(3) The Electoral Register may also include against the name of each voter any other particulars which may be considered necessary for the proper identification of each voter.

(4) Any printing error in any particular so shown shall not of itself affect a person's entitlement to vote.
