(1) The final results of the elections of President and Vice President of the Republic shall be declared by the Central Election Commission within three days after polling day and shall be promulgated in the State Gazette not later than seven days after polling day.

(2) The results shall be declared disaggregated by list for all candidates. Where a new election has been conducted, the results of the first election shall be declared as well.
