The voting clerks are responsible for order at vote reception points. Those who are in the premises or in a space adjacent to it shall comply with the instructions given by the voting clerks to enable vote reception to be implemented. If such disorder occurs that it cannot be averted, vote reception shall be temporarily discontinued.
