Article 394
 

(1) The candidates for Member of the European Parliament for the Republic of Bulgaria, the parties, coalitions and the person who represents the nomination committee, which have registered candidates in the elections, may dispute the legitimacy of the election of a Member of the European Parliament for the Republic of Bulgaria before an authority referred to in Article 150 (1) of the Constitution within seven days after the Central Election Commission makes public the decision declaring the election results.


(2) Within 15 days after the Central Election Commission makes public the decision declaring the election results, the authority referred to in Article 150 (1) of the Constitution, acting on the challenge received under Paragraph (1) or on its own initiative, may approach the Constitutional Court with a reasoned petition to pronounce on the legitimacy of the election of a Member of the European Parliament for the Republic of Bulgaria.
