Notwithstanding section I 2, subsection 1 (h), the fact that a list was submitted by a person who did not submit a declaration by the municipal executive of the municipality where he is registered as a voter that he is qualified to take part in the election shall be regarded as an omission. The fact that a candidate has not submitted a declaration as referred to in section Y 13, subsection 1 shall also be regarded as an omission.
Omissions shall be rectified at the offices of the central electoral committee.
Section I 2, subsection 5, first sentence shall apply mutatis mutandis if the declaration referred to in subsection 1, first sentence has not yet been submitted.
