Right to vote and eligibility
Anyone who has the right to vote pursuant to Article 1 and who is in possession of full civil rights (not been convicted of a felony) is eligible to take part in the Althing parliamentary elections. Supreme Court Justices and the Althing ombudsman however are not eligible.
