Protocol of voting returns
1. A PEC shall draw up Protocol on voting returns in the appropriate election precinct.
2. Protocol on voting returns is a document of strict accountability, whose form and level of protection shall be determined by the CEC.
3. The procedure of filling out the Protocol by precinct and TECs shall be established by the CEC.
