§ 1. The National Electoral Commission shall specify:

1) conditions and way of using electronic technology for:

a) determination of voting results,

b) drawing up of protocols by precinct, territorial, regional and district electoral commissions as well as the National Electoral Commission,

c) verification, in terms of conformity, of arithmetic correctness of determined voting results in a precinct,

d) determination of election results,

2) the procedure of transferring data from the protocols mentioned in point 1 via a network of an electronic transfer of the data,

3) the procedure for a transfer by precinct electoral commissions during voting of data on the number of persons authorised to vote and the number of voters to whom ballot papers have been given, and the way of making this data known to the public if special provisions provide it – taking into account the necessity to ensure security conditions for entering and processing of the data as well as its transfer and receipt.

§ 2. The National Electoral Commission shall ensure software for performance of the activities mentioned in § 1.
