Ballot, district and provincial election board minutes shall separately state;
a) Number of registered voters on ballot list,
b) Number of citizens participating to the referendum,
c) Number of valid votes,
d) Number of invalid votes,
e) Voters who vote "Yes" to the referendum,
f) Voters who vote "No" to the referendum.
