(1) The Minister responsible for finance shall, from time to time by warrant under his hand addressed to the Accountant General, authorise and direct that all such moneys as are reasonably required for meeting any expenses lawfully incurred in the execution of the provisions of this Act be paid out of the Consolidated Fund without any further appropriation other than this Act.

(2) A statement of the expenses so paid shall, so soon as practicable, be laid on the Table of the House.
