Art. 84 Use of technical aids 2/ 2.1/
1 The Federal Council may authorise cantonal governments to enact provisions that derogate from this Act for the purposes of ascertaining the results of elections and popular votes by using technical aids.1
2 Election and popular vote procedures that use technical aids shall require the approval of the Federal Council.2
