Every Assistant Commissioner who shall reveal the manner of voting of any voter when such manner of voting shall have come to his knowledge in the course of the exercise of his functions under this Act shall be guilty of an offence, and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine (multa) not exceeding one hundred liri or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one month or to both such fine and imprisonment.
