Article 8

(1) Electoral bureaus and offices shall carry out their activity in the presence of the majority of their members and shall take decisions with the majority vote of the members present. The Central Electoral Bureau shall carry out its activity in the presence of the majority of its members and shall take decisions with the majority vote of the members present.

(2) In case of a tie vote, the president’s vote is decisive.
