Provisions of Article 9 of this Act related to the rights of deputies after the termination of the term of office, shall apply for the MEPs appointed by the National Assembly from the termination of their MEP term of office, shall this term of office terminate later than the term of office of a National Assembly Deputy.

In the amendment to the Election of Members of the European Parliament from the Republic of Slovenia Act (ZVPEP-A), in force since 11 March 2004, Article 25 has been deleted.
