(1) The Permanent Electoral Authority has the obligation to publish on its webpage all the reports which have to be published within the Romania’s Official Journal, Ist part according to the art. 4 para (4), art. 9 para. (1) and (2), art. 11 para (3), art. 12 para (3), art. 13 para (4) and art. 38 para (2), as well as the declarations stipulated by art. 23.

(2) The political parties have the obligation to sent the data mentioned at para (1) in electronic format.
