Article 34

(1) If, in the same electoral constituency, partial local elections are being held both for the local council and for the mayor’s office, electoral bureaus of communal, town, municipal constituencies and of constituencies of the administrative-territorial subdivisions of municipalities are set up, where appropriate, according to the provisions of Article 26, that are duly applicable.

(2) The provisions of Article 26 are also applicable in the case of the elections for the county council, respectively for the General Council of the Municipality of Bucharest and/or for the offi ce of general mayor of the Municipality of Bucharest.
