Candidates and voters have the right to challenge the identity of a person asking to vote. In such cases, the president of the electoral bureau of the polling station shall determine the identity of the person in question, by any means. If the challenge is well-grounded, the president of the electoral bureau of the polling station shall prevent the contested voter from voting, record the fact in a report, and inform police authorities.
